Prenatal Yoga Class

A guided prenatal yoga session focused on relaxation, gentle movement, and wellness during pregnancy. Hosted in collaboration with the OB/GYN Residency Department to support maternal physical and mental health. Mothers in attendance will also receive groceries to support healthy nutrition during pregnancy.
Call to Chapel
A reflective service honoring mothers who have passed away due to pregnancy-related causes. This gathering creates space for remembrance, healing, and reflection on the importance of maternal health equity.

A roundtable discussion exploring postpartum mental health, signs and symptoms of postpartum depression, and resources available to support mothers during the postpartum period.
Aftershock Film Screening
A screening of the documentary Aftershock, followed by a discussion on Black maternal mortality, systemic barriers in maternal care, and the importance of advocacy for maternal health equity.

A community-centered celebration for expectant and new mothers featuring maternal resources, giveaways, and support from 25+ community vendors dedicated to improving maternal and infant health.
Maternal Photoshoot
A complimentary maternal photoshoot offered during the Community Baby Shower to celebrate pregnancy and early motherhood. Mothers will have the opportunity to capture a special moment through professional photos in a supportive and joyful environment.
