We invite you to register for the 2026 HUCM Residency Fair by completing the two steps below. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive the official Residency Fair Program Booklet via email after all participating programs have finalized their attendance.

The Process

Step 1: Registration Form

  • Complete the Program Registration Form to submit information about your program(s).

  • This form also includes the option to purchase advertisements for the Residency Fair Program Booklet. Programs purchasing ads must submit their advertisement file and payment at the time of registration. The form will prompt you to upload your advertisement and a screenshot of your payment confirmation.

  • Programs must complete all required fields. A copy of your completed submission will be emailed to you for your records.

  • The form will also ask you to list all program representatives who will be attending the fair. Please ensure this information is finalized at the time of registration.

  • You may edit your responses until [Insert Edit Deadline Date], after which edits will no longer be accepted.

Step 2: Booth/Table Selection

  • All participating programs must reserve at least one table space in the fair hall.

  • Programs may reserve more than one table if desired (subject to availability).

  • Table reservations are made by selecting your preferred table(s) using the link below, adding them to your cart, and completing payment online.

  • Prices vary depending on table location within the hall.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after both the registration form and table reservation with payment have been submitted.

2025 Residency Fair Table Selection – Regency Ballroom

You have the option to choose from four types of table locations for the 2025 Residency Fair in the Regency Ballroom. You may purchase multiple tables if desired:

  • Premium Table – $450
    Choose a front-row location near the entrance for maximum visibility and high foot traffic.

  • Preferred Table – $400
    Choose a location near the entrance with excellent visibility and convenient access to attendees.

  • Main Aisle Table – $375
    Choose a table along the main aisle, offering high visibility and easy foot traffic access.

  • Standard Table – $350
    Choose a well-positioned table on the aisle, with solid visibility and easy access to attendees.

2025 Residency Fair Table Selection – Regency Foyer

You have the option to choose from two types of table locations for the 2025 Residency Fair in the Regency Foyer. You may purchase multiple tables if desired:

  • Premium Table – $375
    Choose a prime location in a high-traffic area for maximum visibility.

  • Standard Table – $350
    Choose a well-positioned table with great visibility and easy access to attendees.
